Ribamar’s fishing legacy at risk amid modern challenges

A Adega Cooperativa da Lourinhã, começou com 15 agricultores, inicialmente com a produção de vinho branco leve, passando mais tarde para a produção da DOC (Denominação Origem Controlada) – Aguardente vínica, tornando-a mais sustentável.

A região de Ribamar, na Lourinhã, tem muitas características piscatórias e uma população dependente económica e socialmente da exploração marítima. Esta tradição encontra-se presente no núcleo museológico “Olhar o mar” e na população local.
