The globalization of the economy promotes interaction between continents. The ports are ports of arrival of goods for all societies. Ports are ports of entry for goods, but also for invasive species that are destroying ecosystems. The Asian wasp is calling into question the agriculture and beekeeping of Bosnia and Portugal, in addition to the imbalance created in the ecosystems. This invasive species is considered impossible to eradicate.

Air Pollution in Braga and Sarajevo: two distinct realities
Currently air pollution is a concern for everyone. The cities evolved, the number of cars increased and consequently the pollution grew. Sarajevo and Braga have two distinct realities. Sarajevo has a problem with air quality. Braga’s population is increasing exponentially, the number of cars increased a lot in the past few years. However the city is introducing measures to improve air quality, such as bike lanes, electric public transportations and try change all this problems.

Rio Este, um problema sem fim à vista
O rio Este continua a ser alvo de descargas poluentes de atividades industriais, águas de pedreiras, explorações agropecuárias e até de ligações clandestinas domésticas. Estas descargas normalmente são feitas de noite, por algumas empresas, ao longo do percurso de rio, mas quando só são detetadas pela manhã, não se conseguindo identificar a empresa que provocou esta situação. A Câmara Municipal de Braga tem investido muito no combate a estas situações, mas sem sucesso pleno, os infratores continuam a prejudicar todos os esforços de revitalização do rio Este.
