A importância de utilizar composto nas nossas hortas
É cada vez mais importante largarmos os produtos químicos e utilizarmos os produtos biológicos.
A CMB tem facultado às escolas que solicitam e que possuem logradouro para os mesmos e para a respetiva horta e/ou jardim, compostores construídos pelos seus jardineiros para assim darem um segundo uso aos resíduos orgânicos, preservarem a fertilidade do solo e poderem levar a cabo jardinagem sustentável e agricultura biológica.
Na Escola Básica Trigal Santa Maria, professores, alunos e funcionários aderiram à compostagem, há muito tempo, sensibilizaram toda a comunidade educativa a adotar esta aprendizagem, esperando que esta possa vir a ser implementada nas suas casas.

Work led by the EB de Pedome, in partnership with the Primary school “Veljko Drobnjakovic” from Risan. The work was carried out in partnership between the school students, with special emphasis on the situation of the Spila River. The video intends to call attention that the problems of the rivers can have solutions
Bright Futures of Our Rivers
This work is the result of a joint survey of students from two countries and different schools. Identify the causes of river pollution, based on two case studies, the Spila River and the Ave River. The approaches were different. In the first case, an expert on environmental issues and in the second case, the testimony of someone who saw the degradation of a river. The conclusions are similar. It is necessary to make people aware that individual behaviors make a difference.
